1. Registration Categories & Fees

   • Members of IASO, ISO, ISMPO & AROI: ₹16850 (Upto 31^st March), ₹19258 (Upto 30^th June), ₹ 21665 (Upto 30^th Aug), ₹24072 (Spot from 1^st Sept)

   • Non Members: ₹19258 (Upto 31^st March), ₹ 21665 (Upto 30^th June), ₹ 24072 (Upto 30^th Aug), ₹ 24072 (Spot from 1^st Sept)

   • Post Graduate Students: ₹14443 (Upto 31^st March), ₹16850 (Upto 30^th June), ₹19258 (Upto 30^th Aug), ₹21665 (Spot from 1^st Sept)

   • International: USD 205 (Upto 31^st March), USD 241 (Upto 30^th June), USD 265 (Upto 30^th Aug), USD 265 (Spot from 1^st Sept)

   • Note: Additional charges and registration categories may apply as per the Conference and will be displayed on the payment page.

2. Required Documentation

   • All Society Members: Must provide their Membership ID number.

   • All Students: Must submit their enrolment id or a Bonafide Certificate from their institution.

3. Additional Notes

   • All refunds will be processed after the completion of the conference.

   • Participants are responsible for any transfer charges and applicable GST during the cancellation process.

   • Cancellations must be submitted in writing; telephonic cancellations will not be accepted.

   • Refunds will be processed through bank transfer within 10 days after the conference concludes.

   • No inquiries regarding refunds will be entertained.

4. General Terms

   • By registering, participants agree to comply with all conference rules and guidelines.

   • The organizing committee reserves the right to make changes to the program, venue, or speakers as necessary.

   • Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements unless specified otherwise.
