Abstract submission opens on 15^th January, 2026

1. The scientific committee of ICC 2027 invites the submission of abstracts for the 4^th Indian Cancer Congress 2027, Chennai.

2. Registration is mandatory before submission of the abstract – Click to Register here. If your abstract is not accepted. You may write mail for refund.

3. The abstract must be submitted online at the submission portal only: www.icc2027.in/abstract

4. Presenting authors and/or co-authors should be members of one of the organizations (ISMPO/ISO/AROI/IASO). If not, the submissions should be made under the ‘ICC’ track.

5. Abstracts should be related to oncology and can be submitted under one of the following sub-categories:

   1. Head & Neck Cancer including reconstruction

   2. Breast cancer including reconstruction

   3. Thoracic malignancies

   4. Gastrointestinal malignancies

   5. Gynecological malignancies

   6. Urological malignancies

   7. Bone & Soft Tissue tumours

   8. Pediatric malignancies

   9. Hemato-Lymphoid malignancies

   10. Cancer Screening and Early Detection

   11. Palliative Care / Supportive and Ancillary Care

   12. Innovations, Newer Advancements in Techniques & Technologies

   13. Patient Advocacy

   14. Health Economics

   15. Others

6. All abstracts submitted should be original and must not have been submitted elsewhere.

7. Original research, trials, reviews, prospective and retrospective series are preferred. Case reports/ series may also be submitted for consideration if there is a significant learning point associated with it.

8. The abstract should not exceed 400 words and should be structured as follows:

   1. Background

   2. Methods

   3. Results

   4. Conclusions

9. Surgical videos are also invited for submission. The maximum duration of the video is 8 minutes. The upper limit of the file size is 100 MB. The video should be submitted in .avi / .wmv / .mov / .mp4 format on the submission portal. Audio narration is desirable but not necessary. The submitting author will be required to present the video in a high quality format on the day of the meeting.

10. Once the final submission is made under your login ID, no further edits will be entertained.

11. All abstracts and videos will be evaluated and scored by an expert panel of judges. The committee reserves the right to decide if a submitted abstract should be considered for oral or poster presentation. All decisions made by the expert panel will be final and binding and no disputes in this regard will be entertained.

12. The presenting author will be notified by email about acceptance and other details.

13. In case of the author’s unavailability for presentation, one of the co-authors may present the work, provided they register for the conference.

14. Important dates:

    1. Abstract submission open from: 15^th January, 2026

    2. Last date of submission: 30^th May, 2027

    3. Notification of abstract decision: 31^st July, 2027 onwards.
